For cruises, cancellation is free when there are more than 120 days before the start of the training or event. Cancellations made between 120 and 60 days before the event will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the compensation. For cancellations less than 60 days before the event, or non-participation, the full amount is due, and no refund will be given.
Registered participants can designate a substitute participant to take part in the cruise. Notification of a substitute participant must be in writing and shall take effect only after approval by Sailwiz. Sailwiz will grant such approval for the substitute participant if no compelling reasons stand in the way. In this case there will be no additional fees.
