PER Safety and Navigation Internship in Benalmádena

Regulatory Safety and Navigation Practices for the Recreational Craft Skipper (PER) license.

The internships last 16 hours and are carried out from Benalmádena.

The objective of this course is:
- Complete the training of the Recreational Boat Skipper so that together with the exam and the Radio OCA course, you can request your PER title. which enables you to navigate with boats up to 15m in length, navigate up to 12 miles from the coastline and between islands.
- Learn the basic safety rules to govern a boat.
- Learn to steer a motor boat.
- Improve seamanship skills.
- Review and learn in a practical way useful concepts for navigation and for the PER exam.

Plan

We will carry out the practices in two days from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. each day.
Departure and arrival at the same port.

The content of this course is:
- Review of exam concepts
- Security review
- Government of the boat with rudder and nautical needle
- Practical chart navigation exercises while navigating.
- Concepts of beaconing and collision prevention while navigating.
- Funding practices
- Man overboard practices
