The retreat includes:
- 6 day retreat (Saturday to Thursday)
- 5 nights accommodation on the boat
- Daily vegetarian breakfast and lunch on board
- 2 yoga classes per day (with all the materials)
- All facilities on board
- Lots of other activities like: paddle boarding, snorkeling or land tourism.
*Note: dinners are not included.
THE YOGA
Yoga practices will be on a different beach or viewpoint each morning and at selected points each afternoon. They are essentially Vinyasa Yoga but adapted to the place, to the beach and to the sand. They are practices in the open air surrounded by nature, so they will be very different in sensations than in a studio in the city.
We will combine Yoga classes with meditation practices or more restorative classes when the energy of the group requires it.
Our groups are mainly international, so the language of the classes will be in English. And also that of many conversations. But we all speak Spanish.
FOOD
The retreats include breakfast and vegetarian food on board.
Breakfast will typically consist of teas and coffee, toast, avocado, tomatoes and fresh cheese. Nuts and fresh fruits, muesli and vegetable milk.
Lunch will consist of a vegetarian main dish such as quinoa, lentils, pasta, etc., accompanied by cold soups or a variety of salads at each meal, as well as hummus, guacamole or fresh fruit.
Snacks, fruits and water will always be available on the boat.
Dinners will be free. Every night we will anchor in beautiful beaches and coves that offer us restaurants or pleasant cafes where we can share dinner. If you prefer, you can stay on board and prepare your own dinner.
Note: Part of the retreat will be the experience of teamwork. That means creating a community and collaborating with the captain, with the teacher and the others by participating in preparing the meals, setting the table, clearing it and cleaning the dishes in a rota way.
