  • How are the PNB practices?

Exceeding the navigation practices corresponding to the title of Basic Navigation Skipper (PNB) is one of the mandatory requirements to achieve the aforementioned nautical qualification. This is established by Royal Decree 875/2014, of October 10, which regulates nautical titles for the pleasure boat government.
  • Where do I have to do the PNB practices? How long do they last?

To accredit the completion of the practices, it is necessary that you have done them in a certified nautical school in Spain.

The PNB Navigation practices, also known as Motor practices, have a minimum duration of 8 hours.

On the other hand, remember that another of the mandatory requirements to obtain the PNB is to conduct a Radio internship. These have a duration of 4 hours and you can also find them in Sailwiz.
  • What is the price of PNB practices?

The price of PNB practices varies according to the season, the place, the school that teaches them and the ship used. In general, they range between 100 and 175 euros.
  • What are the advantages of booking PER practices in Sailwiz?

Sailwiz guarantees the minimum price you will pay for the GNP practices. In the unlikely event that you find the same practice of the cheapest nautical school on another website, we match the price. In addition, by acquiring your internships in Sailwiz you can get discounts to use in future plans to navigate that you book through the web.

Sailwiz guarantees the quality of the nautical practices that are published on its platform. How? Sailwiz is a platform of nautical experiences that puts boat owners in contact with crew members. Nautical schools also publish their nautical practices in Sailwiz. Sailwiz requests the opinion of the users who reserve their practices on the platform and in case they observe that a nautical school breaches the obligations set forth in the Royal Decree on the performance of this activity, they notify the nautical school to correct their service and in case reiteration removes the school from the platform.
  • Do you teach PNB practices and want to publish them in Sailwiz?
If you work in a nautical school and want to offer your PNB practices in Sailwiz, you must register and go to the Employers Area that you will find in your profile. From there you can publish the practices. We advise you to detail all the information and update all the dates you have available.

In order to publish nautical practices in Sailwiz, it is also essential to be aware of all regulations for approved nautical schools and to strictly comply with the Royal Decree on nautical qualifications.
