  • How long is the PER radio course?

    The PER radio practice has a minimum duration of 12 hours, 4 of which are theoretical and 8 practical.
  • What is the content of the PER radio practice?

    - General knowledge of radiocommunications in the Maritime Mobile Service.
    - Learning and ability to use the radio equipment of a ship.
    - Methodology of exploitation of the SMSSM and detailed practical use of the subsystems and equipment of SMSSM.
    - Procedures for the operation and regulation of radiotelephone communications.
  • Where does the PER radio course take place?

    The short-range operator course is carried out in an approved simulator located in the best schools selected. During this PER radio practice you will learn to receive and issue distress calls on radio and the practical procedure for making public correspondence calls.
