INCLUDED IN CHARTER PRICE
Yacht’s insurance, crew wages, cooking & cleaning services, yacht’s laundry, usage water, fuel for upto 4 hrs/day for engines & 6-8 hrs/day for generators, Turkish municipality harbour fees, transit log.
EXTRAS PAYABLE BY CHARTERER
Full board fee, beverages, fuel for watersports equipment, any special orders, private marina fees, personal visas, land arrangements, Turkish VAT 20% where applicable.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS
1) Smoking is permitted on outside decks only.
2) Use of personal watercraft is only permitted subject to the operator having the appropriate licence and meeting with local operating regulations. Any liability arising from non-compliance is entirely at the operator's risk.
3) Children must always be under direct supervision of an adult member of the charter party and are not the responsibility of the crew.
4) A crew gratuity is customary but given at the Charterer's discretion.
5) Rendezvous diving only, under the supervision of certified professional dive masters and at the Charterer's expense.
6) It is the responsibility of the Charterer to ensure that he/she and his/her guests hold current, valid visas for all countries to be visited.
7) All the itineraries are suggested and subject to weather and sea conditions and approval from Captain at the time of the charter.
CHARTERER'S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
Payments: The Charterer agrees to hire the yacht and shall pay the charter fee and any other agreed charges by the means specified in this agreement. The stamp duty arising from this Agreement shall be paid by the Charterer. Delivery / Redelivery: The Charterer agrees to embark and disembark at the ports stated in this agreement. The Charterer shall redeliver the yacht to the Owner free of any debts incurred for the Charterer's account during the charter period and in as good condition as when delivery was taken, except for the fair wear and tear arising from ordinary use. Cancellation: If the Owner shall be given a notice of cancellation of this agreement by the Charterer on or at any time before commencement of the charter period, or if the Charterer shall fail after notice, to pay any amount payable under this agreement, the Owner shall be entitled to treat this agreement as having been repudiated by the Charterer and to retain the full amount of all payments made to the Owner before repudiation. If, however, the Owner is able to re-let the yacht to another Charterer for the same period and upon terms and conditions no less favourable to the Owner than of this agreement, the Owner shall refund the Charterer the amount of such payments already made to the Owner, less a sum equal to the expenses incurred by him in connection with the letting to the Charterer and such re-letting.
