What is the Gijón Airshow?
Airplanes and helicopters form part of the airshow that will be held in summer 2019. The fourteenth edition of the festival will be one of the most anticipated events in the city. It consists of a week of activities, whose main attraction is the airshow taking place in front of San Lorenzo beach.
In this show, the Eagle Patrol performs demonstrations with different models of aircraft, making passes, loops, twists and other pirouettes over the audience.
Every year they carry out new simulations and displays of civil and military patrols, as well as a model airplane competition with surprising and risky maneuvers in the hands of very experienced pilots.
