Diving in Tenerife

Tenerife is located at a latitude close to Ecuador so it has a warm and dry climate throughout the year. Summer temperatures range between 22 and 25 °C and winter is around 13 °C. The best area of ​​the island for diving is Tenerife Sur.

The unique volcanic topography of Tenerife gives rise to an extraordinary underwater life. It consists of a mixture of rock formations that harbor a rich aquatic fauna. You can find many mammals such as whales, orcas and dolphins in Canarian waters and other marine species like blue rays, groupers, turtles, and hammerhead sharks.
