Sail around Azores Islands from Faial to Flores

One-week sailing around the Azores Islands on board a sailboat. We will travel from Faial to Flores.

We travel around the world on our sailboat in order to collaborate with research projects to contribute to the conservation of seas and oceans. Expeditions are a way in which, to people who want to collaborate with us, we give them the opportunity to be on board in our floating house with us for a few days (it's not a charter).

The money goes to the expenses of food, fuel, moorings and to support the project so that we can continue to grow and acquire more visibility and scientific equipment.

Shipping: Faial.

Disembarkation: Flores Island.

If for reasons of flights it were necessary, you could enter the night before boarding or leave the morning after disembarkation.

Depending on the availability of mooring, it is possible that boarding or disembarking will take place in a cove in Dinghy if it is not possible to enter the port.

Availability: 4 people (2 double cabins).

Each journey is unique and unrepeatable. Everything will depend on the weather conditions we find and what we decide together to do. In all expeditions, data will be collected for scientific research on projects that we carry out.

Other information

The skipper for this activity speaks english and spanish. To participate you must speak one of the languages spoken on board.

The food is all homemade and healthy. It will be agreed with the crew members before the trip to take into account possible allergies or intolerances.
