El curso de Sistema de Información y Visualización de Cartas Electrónicas (ECDIS) busca dotar el alumnado de los conocimientos necesarios para realizar guardias con cartas electrónicas, poder planificar travesías y tener claro el funcionamiento, los elementos y los objetivos del ECDIS.

Con esta formación, obtendrás el certificado de Especialidad Marítima homologado por la Dirección General de la Marina Mercante (DGMM) y refrendado por la Organización Marítima Internacional (OMI).

Se requiere la posesión del Certificado de Radar de Punteo Automático a los Capitanes, Patrones y Oficiales de buques que lleven este equipo.

El programa se ajusta a la normativa oficial de la Orden FOM/2296/2002, cumpliendo con el Código de Formación del Convenio STCW-78. Su contenido figura en la Sección A-II/1 y A-II/2 del Código de Formación.
