Participate in the VIII Vela Clàssica Costa Brava regatta from …

Crew member position for one day actively participating on board the sailboat in the Spanish Cup for classic and vintage boats, Campionat de Catalunya de Clàssics, XV Mare Nostrum Trophy to be held at the Club Nàutic Estartit.

There will be regatta sessions on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. You can book on the day you prefer.

Places available while supplies last. No racing experience is required, but some sailing experience is recommended.

Plan

The sports program will be held according to the following table:

Friday:
Attention signal 1st test of the day from 10:00 to 18:00 (1 regatta).

Saturday:
From 12:00 to 18:00h (1 morning regatta/1 afternoon regatta).

Sunday:
From 12:00 to 15:00h (1 regatta in the morning)

Possibility of staying overnight on board if you wish to participate for more than one day.

All crew members are welcome, even if they do not know the language spoken on board (english and spanish)

Please note that your reservation entitles you to participate in the regatta only on the day chosen. If you wish to enjoy the entire regatta (with the right to stay overnight on board), you will need to reserve a place on several of the three days.

This is a Bermudan sloop built from naval steel and with a teak deck at the H. Schmidt shipyards on the banks of the Elbe River in the town of Hoopte, Hamburg region, Germany.
She was launched in 1969 to compete in the KR formula in the North Seas, a challenge that required extremely robust construction. The high quality standards applied to her construction earned her the highest distinction of the time with the Lloyds 100 A Maltese Cross certificate.
