This is a journey that I want to share with those who want to live a different and unique experience, in a high altitude navigation that will take us to the small volcanic paradise of Lanzarote, in the Canary Islands.

The adventure will begin sailing in the waters of the Mediterranean, coasting the Peninsula from Alicante to Algeciras, the gateway to the Atlantic, which after a few days of crossing in oceanic waters, we will reach the northernmost island of the Canary Islands Archipelago, Lanzarote, an island unique, and an incredible place to discover, for all those who like contact with nature and life and outdoor activities.

They will be days of navigation, coexistence, hours of reading and contemplation of the horizon, the sea, and the sky. We will learn, laugh and share life on board and daily tasks.

A journey that will be worth it, and surely once we get to Lanzarote we will want more!

Plan
The journey will be in 2 stages:

STAGE 1. ALICANTE - ALGECIRAS

Day 1. Depart from Alicante in the morning.

Day 2. Sailing day.

Day 3. We will arrive in the afternoon at the port of Algeciras, a point to charge energy and supplies for the journey to the Canary Islands.

STAGE 2. ALGECIRAS - LANZAROTE

Day 4. Day for the regularization of the ship, rest and preparation for the journey to Lanzarote.

Day 5. We will leave in the morning, heading towards the Atlantic. In a few hours we will stop seeing land and only ourselves and the ocean will be left for a few days. It is a unique sensation that is worth living.

Day 9.
Day scheduled to reach our destination. Lanzarote. We will disembark at the port of Arrecife. And for those who do not want to disembark, we can comment on it and you can stay a few more days on board knowing the island with us.

The boat
More than a sailboat, this boat is a home for us and our guests. It is cozy and with comfortable spaces.
The sailboat is 13.30 meters long. It has 4 cabins. Two of them with a double bed, one with a double bed and an additional bed, and one with 2 bunk beds.
It has a spacious living room inside, a well-equipped kitchen, and 2 bathrooms with a hot shower.

Its outdoor spaces are perfect to enjoy long days at sea. Relax in the bow hanging from a hammock, or sit in the bathtub looking for a bit of shade at lunchtime.
It is a perfect boat to sail in different conditions, learn and have fun.

Our experience with Carlos and Aroa has been perfect! We have been sailing with them for 9 days through La Gomera, El Hierro and La Palma and the trip could not be better. The sailboat is their home and during those days they have made us feel that it was also ours.

It has been an amazing experience! We have two children, and we have really enjoyed sailing, anchoring, waking up baths, beautiful snorkeling, paddle surfing, fishing, dolphins and sharing all this with Aroa and Carlos, who have taught us, be careful and exquisitely cooked. Eager to repeat!

    GREAT EXPERIENCE
I have been 10 days with Carlos and Aroa in August 2021, in Lanzarote sailing. It has been a great experience! Apart from the fact that we have sailed a lot with a great wind and a good sea, I have to emphasize how nice they are both.
They have done everything possible so that the 6 of us who were on board were as comfortable as possible. They have a very good vibe and are very pleasant and friendly. I have also loved the practically organic food that they have been making, with a lot of salads and local vegetables and fruits. A great success!
And above all we have felt super safe, they are great professionals, both Carlos as skipper and Aroa, they sail great, they know what they do and you feel very comfortable and safe with them! The boat is very good, it sails wonderfully, it is a safe boat, with all kinds of comforts and spacious, that fits everything.
Lanzarote is a beautiful island, with incredible beaches with very few people and sometimes semi wild and super clear water. We have also gone to Isla de la Graciosa, which is beautiful and Isla de Lobos, which is ideal and wild.
It has been a great experience that I recommend to everyone! If I can I will sail with them again and I recommend it to everyone who likes the sea and sailing !! Thanks for everything Carlos and Aroa !! And congratulations for making this sailing experience in Lanzarote so pleasant!
