A week sailing from Marina Ibiza with captain and chef on board
This is our fifth season organizing cabin cruises in the Balearic Islands, and we continue to do so with the same passion as the first day. Over the years, we have perfected this route to offer the ideal balance between pleasant sailing, spectacular coves, Mediterranean cuisine and local life, always from the comfort and stability of a catamaran.
This trip is designed for those who want to experience Ibiza and Formentera from the sea, without haste, without crowds and with the peace of mind of having everything organized.
Day 1 · Welcome to Marina Ibiza. The journey begins in the heart of the island
Your adventure begins at Marina Ibiza, one of the most exclusive ports in the Mediterranean, located at the foot of Dalt Vila, the historic center of the city of Ibiza, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
Boarding here has great advantages: direct access to top-notch restaurants, charming bars, boutiques, beach clubs and the vibrant life of Ibiza city, all just a short walk from the boat.
Starting at 5:00 p.m., Cintia and Carlos, your hostess/chef and captain, will welcome you on board with a refreshing drink. We will carry out a full briefing where you will learn about the catamaran, your cabin, the rest of the group and the planned route, reviewing the weather together to adapt the trip to the best conditions.
Departure to an anchorage near Ibiza Town.
The first night we will enjoy a welcome dinner on board, a perfect way to start connecting with the sea and with the group, while Ibiza lights up at dusk.
Day 2 · On the way to Formentera. Glamour and nature
We take anchors and head to Formentera, navigating the passage between Ibiza and Formentera.
Our first stop will be Cala Saona, a deep-water, deep blue cove perfect for swimming, snorkeling or just relaxing. On board, we will enjoy a paella prepared with fresh products, although those who prefer it can choose to have lunch at one of the restaurants in La Cala.
In
the afternoon we will anchor in Ses Illetes, considered one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Here you can enjoy the sea, relax on deck or join the atmosphere of beach clubs such as Beso Beach or Tiburón. Dinner on board or free night in La Savina, the small and lively port of Formentera.
Day 3 · Wild Formentera. S'Espalmador, Es Caló and Es Pujols
Sunrise in Ses Illetes is one of those moments that remain engraved. After breakfast, we will sail around S'Espalmador, a virgin island, only accessible by boat, with white sandy beaches and absolute calm.
We will continue to the north of Formentera to discover Es Caló de Sant Agustí, a coastal area with rock and dune formations, natural environment and some of the best fish restaurants on the island.
In the afternoon we will arrive at Es Pujols, where you will have free time to walk around, enjoy its terraces and discover local life. We'll spend the night anchored nearby, with personalized recommendations for dinner.
Day 4 · The south of Ibiza. Nature, style and contrasts
We crossed back to Ibiza to explore its southern coast. We will sail through emblematic areas such as Ses Salines, a protected natural park, where the landscape combines sea, salt pans and white sand.
Depending on the environment the group is looking for, we will anchor in Cala Jondal, famous for its beach clubs such as Blue Marlin, or in quieter coves such as Es Cubells or Porroig, perfect for disconnecting.
We ended the day in Cala d'Hort, in front of Es Vedrà, enjoying one of the most magical sunsets in Ibiza. Dinner on board in a simply spectacular setting.
Day 5 · North of Ibiza. Mediterranean scent and secret coves
We head to the northeast of Ibiza, a wilder and less frequented area. We will explore coves such as Benirràs, famous for their bohemian atmosphere; Cala Xarraca, ideal for snorkeling; Portitxol or Portinatx, surrounded by nature and crystal clear waters.
It is a day designed to enjoy the sea without haste, with smooth sailing, long baths and relaxed meals on board.
Day 6 · East Coast. Santa Eulalia and back to Ibiza city
We descend along the east coast of the island, passing through Santa Eulalia, Cala Llonga and the island of Tagomago. In the afternoon we return to Marina Ibiza, where we will arrive around 18:00 h.
You will have the night off in Ibiza city, perfect for enjoying a special dinner, a walk around Dalt Vila or a lively night in one of its emblematic places.
Day 7 · Disembarkation
Departure from the boat at Marina Ibiza at 09:00am. End of a week of sailing, sea, flavors and shared moments that, we are sure, you will want to repeat.
Alternative route and flexibility
If the weather conditions advise, or if the group decides to do so during the briefing, we will adapt the route. Ibiza and Formentera offer infinite combinations to always guarantee safe, quiet and pleasant navigation.
