Salt Route Regatta from Barcelona

One more year we embark on the fabulous and very popular Salt Route regatta. A regatta already very famous for the atmosphere between crews as well as the route (Casteldefels - Ibiza)

A very popular regatta, about 150 boats, in which experience is not necessary but in which you learn a lot in many aspects. Sailing, regatta, anchoring in cove, mooring, etc! A beautiful navigation with a spectacular destination full of maritime atmosphere!

Plan

Monday: We meet at the Olympic Port in the morning to embark. Arrival at Casteldefels in the afternoon to check in for the regatta and popular dinner included with all the crews.

Tuesday: Start of the regatta

Wednesday-Thursday: Arrival in Ibiza with welcome dinner, awards ceremony and dinner included at the yacht club with all crew members.

Friday: Relaxing day and anchoring in Cala Compta. A beautiful cove with crystal-clear waters where we can snorkel or walk along the coast.
In the evening we left back to Barcelona.

Saturday: Arrival in Barcelona.

Other information

All crew members are welcome, even if they do not know the language spoken on board (english and spanish)

It is recommended to come with warm clothing and a sleeping bag. If you do not have technical clothing, thermal or ski clothing is recommended.

Food as well as general expenses not included (professional skipper, food, fuel, final cleaning) will be paid by the entire crew, and must include the captain's maintenance. All these expenses can be around €250 in total, which will be paid upon arrival at the boat.

Very safe and noble sailboat of 13 meters in length with 4 double cabins, two bathrooms with hot water and a very spacious and convertible lounge.
It comes with all the technology to have safe and pleasant navigation:

-major with 3 curls

Stern arch with solar panels (400w) and 1000w inverter that gives us all the energy necessary for equipment and charging mobile phones, laptops, etc.

Is experience necessary to participate in the salt route?
- No previous experience is needed! We are going to enjoy the journey, meet other crews and the atmosphere of the regatta, which is great.
