English: Boarding in Rosignano Solvay in the afternoon, settling in on board, shared galley and first aperitif at sunset to get to know each other and experience the atmosphere of the boat, the following morning departure around 7:00 towards Capraia with about four and a half hours of navigation, arrival expected for 12:00 at anchor where regenerating baths and relaxation will await us surrounded by the wild nature of the island, after lunch we will enter the port and set off on foot to explore Capraia, its streets, towers and panoramic views, in the evening free dinner on board or at the La Garitta restaurant, renowned for its fresh fish caught locally, we will continue with the discovery of the most beautiful coves such as Cala Rossa, Cala del Ceppo and Punta Zenobito, with stops for swimming and snorkeling in crystal clear waters, in the afternoon we will move to dine at anchor under the stars, there will also be the possibility of participating in sailing activities such as steering, maneuvers and adjustments, all optional and guided by a sailing instructor first level offshore, there will be time to sail around the island or towards less frequented areas, those who want can disembark for a walk towards Monte Arpagna or simply relax on board, we will then head towards the Tuscan coast with stops along the way for diving and lunch at anchor, finally we will slowly return towards Rosignano with the possibility of a last stop at Cala del Moreto and expected arrival at the port of Cala de 'Medici in the afternoon for the last night together, the following morning disembarkation and farewells with the memory of a week spent on board between nature, sailing, sharing and freedom.
