Take part in one of the most important regattas in the Mediterranean aboard a Pogo 40, a very fast sailboat designed to cross oceans. A fully equipped sailboat for high altitude regattas with safety guarantees and to perform a good role on the regatta course.
The event tries to sail as fast as possible, setting the sails well, choosing the right sail at each moment of the race, deciphering which route will be the most convenient depending on the weather at the time and without forgetting the most important thing, having a great time! All this while crossing to the Balearic Islands. Specifically, the departure is from Port Ginesta (Barcelona) to Sant Antoni de Portmany (Ibiza). A 140-nautical mile course where you'll learn everything you need to know about sailing regattas.
To get to know more about the boat and the other crew members, Sailingnautic recommends that you take the trip that will take place the day before the start of the race. This cruise consists of taking the boat from its base port (Port Balís) to the port where the regatta dinner will take place (Port Ginesta). 35 miles to meet the rest of the crew members and to get hold of the boat.
Event suitable for all audiences and all levels. If you don't have much experience, you don't have to worry, we are used to teaching sailing classes and nautical courses to beginners. It will be a unique opportunity to learn from those who know while enjoying good food and company.
