Long weekend sailing in Columbretes

We will make a getaway to the Columbretes Islands taking advantage of Holy Week. Leaving Valencia, we will sail to the Columbretes Islands archipelago.

We have been doing it for several years now and the experience is very rewarding.

The visit and anchoring to Grossa Island is a wonderful experience that connects us with nature.

All crew members who wish can participate in navigation watches and piloting tasks.

Plan

We will meet at the Marina de Valencia on Maundy Thursday at 19:00 p.m. The same day we will do the shopping and, after stowing it, we will have dinner. Then we will go to the sea.

We will see the Columbretes Islands at dawn. We will anchor and visit Isla Grosa, accompanied by one of the park's guides, who will explain the origin and history of these islands. Then we'll eat, we can take a bath and relax. The nights moored in this nature reserve are breathtaking.

On Saturday we will sail to Castellón, where we will dock at the port. We can eat good fish in the Grao area.

We will
return to Valencia on Easter Sunday to arrive at the port of origin around 17:00.
