A week sailing through the Saronic Gulf, one of the calmest and most diverse seas in the Mediterranean.

We depart from the port of Marina Alimos (Athens) and sail between some of the most beautiful islands in Greece: Hydra, the car-free island where time seems to stand still; Spetses, with its fragrant pine forests and turquoise bays; Dokos, an uninhabited island with secluded coves and crystal clear waters.

We are not a typical charter company that repeats the same route every week. We sail together, decide the stops according to the wind and the mood of the crew, and we live the authentic experience of life on board. You will be part of the real crew: you can take part in sailing, steering, cooking. Or just enjoy the sun and water.

The distances between islands are short, leaving plenty of time for swimming in hidden coves, anchoring at dusk and dining in taverns with sea views. In the morning, I jump off the bathing platform; in the afternoon, sailing if it's windy; in the evening, stroll through the cobblestone streets of Hydra or one night anchored under the stars cooking together.

This trip is designed for people who are curious, open and eager to truly disconnect. You don't need previous sailing experience, just attitude. Spanish and English are spoken on board.

  • Plan
Day 1 — Saturday: Boarding in Athens (Marina Alimos).

Boarding starting at 5:00 p.m. Presentations, safety briefing and dinner on board. Pondered in Vidi Bay, where the sea is so calm that it reflects the stars — and in the morning we wake up next to a sunken ship that we can explore.

    Day 2 — Ermioni.

Small fishing town at the end of a peninsula, surrounded by a pine forest that reaches down to the sea. Time for walking, swimming after eating and exploring the old town in the upper part.

    Day 3 — Hydra.

Just 10 nautical miles from Poros, Hydra welcomes us with one of the most beautiful natural harbours in Greece. No cars or motorcycles — just donkeys and steep white stone streets. Sunset from one of its terraces: a magical moment.

    Day 4 — Spetses.

One of the most beautiful islands in the Saronic, where many Greeks spend their holidays. Beaches, shops, restaurants with tables in the sand and nightlife for those who cheer up.

    Day 5 — Dokos.

Uninhabited island with secluded anchorages and crystal clear waters. We sailed around Spetses and stopped to eat in a hidden cove with an indoor beach. We spent the night anchored in a small bay to wake up to one of the most spectacular sunrises you can imagine.

    Day 6 — Poros.

Sailing to Poros, our home port, which we know especially well. Stroll along the picturesque waterfront and the famous clock tower.

Day 7 — Friday: Return to Athens.

We sailed back to Marina Alimos. Last dinner together on board. Possibility to sleep on the boat that night.

    Day 8 — Saturday: Disembarkation.

Disembark at 9:00am and end of the adventure.

The itinerary is flexible and adapts to wind, weather and crew preferences. The Meltemi wind blows more gently here than in the open Aegean (force 3-4 Beaufort), ideal for relaxed sailing.

Boat details

The most important thing when choosing a boat is that it is in good condition. Beyond the year of manufacture, what really makes the difference is the maintenance it receives each season. We always focus on this.

The sailboat you will sail on is impeccable: carefully cared for, equipped to live comfortably on board for a week.
