A Saronic Islands sailing holiday is the perfect combination of sailing, swimming in crystal-clear waters, relaxing in beautiful secluded bays and discovering some of Greece’s most fascinating ancient landmarks.

A Typical Day on a Sailing Holiday in Greece: Our days are relaxed and flexible, with plenty of time to enjoy both the sea and the islands.

We usually start the morning with breakfast on board, followed by a coffee in the village or a short walk to explore before setting sail. We then spend a few hours sailing through the Saronic Gulf, enjoying the scenery and making the most of the wind.

By late morning, we reach a beautiful bay where we anchor for a swim. There’s time for snorkelling, swimming, sunbathing, reading, exploring the coastline or simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

Lunch is prepared on board, with fresh and simple Greek dishes perfect for a warm day. After some time to relax – and perhaps a little siesta – we set sail again for the afternoon.

Those who want to get involved can learn the basics of sailing, take the helm, handle the lines or practise knots with the crew. For others, it’s simply the perfect opportunity to relax on deck and enjoy the journey.

In the evening, we arrive at a new island and moor in a charming traditional village. Once ashore, we explore the local streets before heading to a traditional Greek taverna to enjoy fresh local food, Greek wine, live music and the relaxed atmosphere of island life.

There’s no need to rush. Slow sailing, beautiful places and authentic Greek experiences are at the heart of every journey.
