PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROMOTION MECHANICS The participation requirements are as follows: Participants must register on the Sailwiz website: https://www.sailwiz.com/es/allende_los_mares and fill out all the required information correctly. Participants may only register once for this promotion. Sailwiz reserves the right to void duplicate entries from the same person.

Sailwiz will automatically register the sweepstakes participants as Sailwiz users, a requirement for participation. Participants in this sweepstakes agree that Sailwiz may send marketing communications to the contact information provided. Participants may unsubscribe from these marketing communications at any time.

PROMOTION CONDITIONS AND PRIZES The winner and alternates will be chosen randomly based on the criteria of the internal jury and the winner will be announced after the draw on June 22, 2022. The winner will receive the indicated bonus and if the winner cannot be contacted using the information provided within 48 hours, the prize will be awarded to the alternate drawn.

DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PENALTIES If it is shown that any of the participants does not meet the requirements set out in the Rules, or the data provided to participate is not valid, their participation will be considered void and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing all rights to the prizes awarded under this Promotion.

POSTING COMMENTS OR OPINIONS Comments or opinions whose content is considered inappropriate, offensive, slanderous, or discriminatory, or that could violate the rights of third parties, will not be permitted. Comments against an individual that violate the principles of the right to honor, personal and family privacy, and one's own image will not be permitted. We will not be liable for any damages caused by comments made by participants in the Promotion that may at any time offend the sensibilities of other participants.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION These legal bases shall be governed by Spanish law. The Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid shall have jurisdiction to resolve any claim or dispute that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation, or enforcement of these bases.
