Carlos is a knowledgeable and conscientious skipper, as well as an excellent cook. The Fontaine Pajot Elba 45 is exceptional in terms of comfort and fuel economy. I highly recommend it to everyone.
The crossing was complicated due to weather conditions and strong winds. Both the boat and Cecile and Pedro coped well in the adverse conditions. They are a couple that complement each other very well and the stay was cordial and pleasant with them. The food could be improved a little.
