About me
Hello, I'm Federico, although everyone calls me Fico. I was born in the 80s, between analog and digital. Father of a large family who is passionate about the sea in all its forms. I've been a surfer since I was 15 and a sailor since my 20s; the north coast is my home and my sailing area.

Nautical experience
More than 25 years dedicated to training and maritime safety. Merchant Marine Altitude Patron and Professional Recreation Skipper, with more than 20,000 miles sailed, mostly in the Cantabrian Sea. In 2006, I founded a school where we work on training with a practical approach close to the reality of the sea.
For more than ten years I have been organizing cruises, nautical events and team experiences with companies. I have also been participating for more than a decade in an organization to experience the sea and the trip.
I understand navigation as an experience, as continuous learning and as a way of connecting with the environment and with people.
