We had a very educational and memorable week of sailing in Croatia. Frank is an experienced skipper who is very competent and structured in explaining the necessary theories and maneuvers to a beginner like me, and also gives the opportunity to try things out myself!

Excellent sailing and instruction skills, the best bays and anchorages, and plenty of humor make for so much sailing fun that going ashore at the end of the trip is only easier with the prospect of the next sailing adventure. Frank is a skipper I can recommend for any group.

Defying the forces of nature! We had an absolutely fantastic week. Sailing in winds up to 40+ knots with a relaxed crew. We grew even closer as a team and learned a great deal that can be directly applied to our everyday leadership roles. The result was far greater than the sum of its parts!
