don't mention that during the trip, damage was caused to the boat, including the breakage of a hatch, nor that amounts such as fuel were left outstanding. Nor is it true that I refused to issue an invoice: since it is a reservation managed by Sailwiz, I must wait to receive the payment and the necessary data to be able to issue it correctly.



Personal disqualifications don't change the facts. If this matter is finally resolved through the courts, it will be the documentation and communications held between the parties that determine what happened.
