DEPARTURE: Saturday 5:00 pm Marina Denia - RETURN: Saturday 9:00 am Marina Denia

SATURDAY: DÉNIA - Reception of passengers, at 5:00 p.m. in the Denia Marina, where the journey of leisure and relaxation on the high seas will begin.
After the meeting with the skipper, where the rules of coexistence on the boat will be explained, you will stow your belongings, clothes, etc. in the cabins and you will become familiar with the boat and its life on board, as well as you will make the joint purchase of food and drink that you want to take on board for the whole week.

Subsequently, we will cook our first DINNER aboard the sailboat and have dinner moored in the Port of Denia. We will sleep in the port calmly, to leave soon the next morning.

SUNDAY: JAVEA - About 08:00 we will get up, have a quiet breakfast and then start the journey to Jávea. We will sail until we reach Cala Portitxol or a strategic waypoint to carry out the first dive, either for graduates or for those who want their first baptism under the sea. Those who wish can snorkel, or simply sunbathe, read and enjoy the area.

At lunchtime, we will go to La Sardinera or Cova Tallada, a natural park reserve, to see the marine cave with swimming pools. There we will be able to enjoy a delicious meal on the boat, and those who wish, will take a second dive, or simply take a bath, snorkel or relax reading from the deck and sunbathe.

After passing the Cabo de la Nao, we anchor in the Granadella cove, whose beach is one of the most beautiful in Jávea. It is a place that stands out for its rocks, but it is small and not as accessible from the road, so it is not too crowded in relation to other beaches. It is the advantage of accessing by sea instead of by road.

We will anchor and spend the night there, and the next morning after breakfast head towards Benitachell

MONDAY: BENITACHELL - After taking the delicious breakfast contemplating the wonders of the sea, we will head towards Benitachell; dreamy corner, with magnificent high landscapes and cliffs. Ideal for diving
for its magnificent funds. We will visit the Cueva de los Arcos where the salty and sweet currents meet causing changes in the temperature of the water. A wonder!

We will anchor and relax to enjoy the seascape. If you want to go ashore, the beach is gravel and has services and a restaurant.

We will eat on board the sailboat or whoever wants can go ashore to eat. We will spend the night anchored 'our hotel' on the beachfront.

TUESDAY: MORAIRA - In the morning, heading towards Moraira, which in the past was a humble fishing village, and today is one of the most attractive and serviced cities on the Alicante Costa Blanca.

Life in Moraira beats around its magnificent marina and its sandy beaches and coves hidden between large rocks and cliffs. We will visit its coves and beaches and also whoever wants to can visit the town to take a walk through its wonderful streets and even dine in one of its wonderful inns or restaurants.

Tonight we will sleep in the port of Moraira, one of the most charming ports on the entire Mediterranean coast.

WEDNESDAY: CALPE - Quietly we will get up and head to the Calpe coast, which is marked by cliffs, beaches and coves, we will enjoy the sea breeze and relaxation.

We will stop in one of its coves to enjoy a quiet swim or dive away from the crowded beaches. We will delight in the wonderful views of the port and the sea. We will eat on board the ship and at night we will sleep anchored listening to the sea breeze and enjoying the rocking of the ship.

THURSDAY: CALA MORAIG - We will wake up, calmly have breakfast, bathe and head towards Cala Moraig, classified as one of the 10 paradisiacal coves of Spain in the Leisure Guide of El País, where we will have a delicious barbecue on board the sailboat.

In the afternoon we can snorkel, or simply contemplate the beautiful sunsets of the sea. We will sleep anchored in this wonderful cove.

FRIDAY: HIKING BACK TO DENIA - After sunrise, we will go to Cala Blanca, in Jávea, a beautiful cove with calm waters, where we will eat while enjoying the sea breeze.

In the afternoon we will sail along the coast of LES ROTES, where there are numerous coves with welcoming waters and luminous sea beds classified as a Marine Reserve, where you can enjoy snorkeling or take a dive to see the landscapes covered by colorful reddish algae that contrast with the intense Posidonia oceanica green.

SATURDAY: DENIA - Very soon, we will have breakfast and head to the Port of Denia, where we will finish this beautiful week of cruising through the waters of the Alicante coast.

  • Una semana en velero por Ibiza y Formentera desde Valencia
    August 2020
A memorable, fun and risky experience, very complete: we have been very lucky with the weather and we have been able to sail with little wind and medium-high wind; at night, calm; As soon as you return to Denia and have the boat moored in port, there was a storm time! It has been amazing! We have visited the city of Ibiza and the island of Formentera; but, above all, sailing along the coast from cove to cove, anchoring, bathing from the boat, entering the port on a sailboat, ... with sun, clear sky, breeze, ... unforgettable.
Coexistence, key point: a 7-day dive of 9 people on a boat in which we have had moments of tension, but also very good times in a group that we will undoubtedly always remember each and everyone!
Regarding the skipper, the ship was not taken by María José, but another skipper; I think this should be explained before booking; On the other hand, we set sail two boats at the same time from Denia, organized by María José, and we have done the whole trip together, in parallel. The two crews and the two skippers have connected very well! In addition, we have helped each other, passing ice when it was finished on a boat, lending us the SUP board or helping with a breakdown on the boat. We have all made an effort to make the trip to everyone's taste, following individual proposals and making group agreements. The bosses, always ready to make the trip to everyone's liking. And also, they have given us their enthusiasm for sailing and sailing and have passed on their knowledge and nautical experiences.
