All-inclusive crewed sailing holiday in Croatia aboard the Excess 11 - a fast, modern sailing catamaran. A professional skipper sails the boat and an onboard host prepares your meals, so you simply relax and enjoy the Dalmatian islands.

We have run crewed trips from Trogir since 2009; no sailing experience is needed.

    Embarkation Saturday 17:00 at Marina Trogir (10 min from Split airport SPU).

    Disembarkation the following Saturday by 09:00.

    Sample 7-day route - Saturday to Saturday (flexible; the skipper adapts to weather and the group).

    Day 1 (Sat): Embarkation in Trogir, ~10 min from Split airport; welcome aboard 17:00, safety and route briefing, night in the marina, dinner in Trogir's old town.

    Day 2 (Sun): Trogir to Maslinica, Solta (~12 NM) - lunch and swim in Sesula Bay.

    Day 3 (Mon): Solta to Milna/Bobovisca, Brac (~10 NM) - lunch at anchor, Dalmatian dinner ashore.

    Day 4 (Tue): Brac to Hvar Town (~18 NM) with a swim at the Pakleni Islands; lively Hvar evening.

    Day 5 (Wed): Hvar to Vis - Komiza, remote bays, Blue Cave at Bisevo nearby.

    Day 6 (Thu): island-hop back with a long lunch and swim in a quiet cove.

    Day 7 (Sat): return to Trogir, disembarkation by 09:00 after breakfast. Breakfast and lunch aboard; dinners ashore.

All crew members are welcome, even if they do not know the language spoken on board (english)

Airport transfer on request.

Payment: 40% deposit at booking, balance ~6 weeks before departure.

What's included: professional skipper and host; breakfast, lunch, snacks and drinks onboard (incl. wine, beer and soft drinks); bed linen and towels; ALL sailing costs - yacht, harbour and mooring fees, fuel, tourist taxes and final cleaning; safety equipment and boat insurance; a flexible skipper-led itinerary; concierge help with restaurant bookings; and 24/7 customer service.

Not included: flights, airport transfers and dinners ashore (the crew arranges the tavernas; dinner is at your own expense). Four double cabins, up to 8 guests. Price is per person (one berth), excluding flights.

Excess 11 sailing catamaran (2023) used for our guided cabin-charter trips in Croatia (Trogir) and Greece (Preveza). The sportier, performance-oriented catamaran from the Lagoon group: twin aft helms give a direct, responsive feel. Four double guest cabins sleep up to 8 guests, with crew in forepeak berths. Full air conditioning and generator, electric windlass, bimini and dinghy as standard. Compact enough for smaller Ionian and Dalmatian anchorages while offering full catamaran comfort - a favourite with active sailing couples and small families. Every trip is sailed by a qualified skipper with an onboard host.
