Experience the transatlantic adventure: From St. Maarten via Bermuda to the Azores.
With our fast Hanse 575 GALINI, we sail from the Caribbean across the Atlantic to the Azores. This unique route combines tropical flair with an Atlantic sailing adventure – an unforgettable experience for sailors craving a true sailing experience!

Our GALINI has already successfully participated in the Atlantic Rally for Cruisers (ARC) and meets all safety requirements of this sailing rally. This means she is equipped and tested for demanding cruises according to the highest international standards.

    Cruise
Our Atlantic adventure begins with intensive preparation in St. Maarten. After boarding, we conduct a comprehensive safety briefing, and each crew member becomes familiar with all of the GALINI's systems—from navigation to emergency equipment. During the joint provisioning process, you'll participate in the planning and assume initial responsibility.

The first leg to Bermuda is your introduction to true offshore sailing. Here, you'll learn the watch system, take over the helm and navigation independently, and experience your first magical night watches under the Caribbean starry sky. Each day brings new challenges and learning opportunities – from changing sails in changing winds to weather observation.

In Bermuda, we'll use the time for reflection and sharing experiences. You'll help with provisions, learn about local customs, and mentally prepare for the great Atlantic crossing. The crew will bond and develop the team spirit essential for the challenges ahead.

The final leg to the Azores is the climax of the cruise. Here, you'll prove yourself as a fully-fledged crew member, taking independent watches, performing complex sailing maneuvers, and navigating. The long nights under the starry sky of the open Atlantic will be transformative experiences in which you'll experience the true essence of sailing.

Each day brings new lessons: weather observation and forecasting, sail trimming for optimal performance, dealing with strong winds and calms, and sailing with a gennaker and parasailor. You won't just learn to sail—you'll become a true bluewater sailor.

Boat details

Our yacht, a Hanse, stands for a comfortable and outstanding experience. It gives you a feeling of spaciousness, a calm atmosphere and offers the freedom you need for your activities. Nevertheless, it is fast, sporty and has great sailing performance. It was designed by Volvo Ocean Race Designers and is the fastest yacht in its class.

The large cockpit offers enough space for pleasant get-togethers and long conversations with a breathtaking panoramic view. On the sun deck you can be alone, take the time to read a book or enjoy the nature around you. The skipper's cabin has its own entrance. Even if you are supported by a professional crew, you still have your privacy.

The yacht is a modern Hanse 575. It has 4 double cabins and a cabin for the skipper. Each cabin has its own bathroom with electric toilet. Starlink, multi media, air conditioning, generator, 230 V in all cabins and Nespresso coffee machine. Solar panels, radar, AIS, watermaker, washing machine, bathing platform and a dinghy with an electrically powered outboard motor. Comprehensive safety and navigation equipment as well as many other equipment that you need to be self-sufficient.
The perfect yacht that meets the highest standards of safety, design, sailing characteristics and comfort.
