After the sailing excursion in Sitges, on the way to the urban winery Celler de l'Hospital (hostel and refuge for pilgrims founded in the 16th century), we will take a guided tour of the historic center of Sitges, discovering the history and architecture of a town open to the sea and the direct relationship between the city, its history and the Malvasía of Sitges.
After a short "walking tour" we will arrive at the Celler de l'Hospital winery and the CIM (Malvasía Interpretation Center) where we will visit it and one of the few urban vineyards in Spain, discovering the underwater cellars of Malvasía with a tasting of their Malvasía de Sitges wines.
