High altitude crossing: From Valencia to Rome passing through the Balearic Islands and Sardinia.
This expedition offers the unique opportunity to add up to a large number of nautical miles while discovering destinations that stand out for their impressive landscapes and historical richness. It is an experience specially designed for those looking to reinforce their nautical knowledge or take their first steps in deep-sea sailing.
Here you are not just a passenger. We organize participatory voyages so that you can take control of the ship: you will be part of the day and night guards, you will actively participate in meteorological analysis and you will operate radio communications. The objective is for you to apply your previous knowledge or to acquire the basics of ocean navigation in a real environment.
We will release moorings in Valencia, heading towards the island of Menorca. We will make a stopover in Ciutadella to tour this beautiful port city before embarking on a 250-nautical mile sail to Porto Torres, in the north of Sardinia. After a day of rest to regain strength and replenish the boat, we will set sail to one of the most spectacular corners of the Mediterranean: the Archipelago of La Maddalena. There we will spend two days exploring pristine coves and paradisiacal beaches (such as the famous Spiaggia Rosa), in total connection with nature.
Finally, we will begin the last 150 mile stretch of this exciting journey to arrive at the Fiumicino marina (the closest to Rome), where we will conclude this unforgettable stage.
