Course offered by Juan Ramón

Contact
Take part in this sextant course over a weekend from Marina Sant Carles, in the heart of the Ebro Delta.

This course is designed for anyone over 12 years old, regardless of whether or not you have a previous qualification. In just two days, you will learn how to use a sextant and be introduced to the fascinating world of astronomy.

You will discover how to identify the most important planets and constellations with the naked eye, you will learn about the movements of the stars, the astronomical calendar, and you will learn how to use the HRB and the Spanish Nautical Almanac.

A unique experience to expand your knowledge and connect with the cosmos!

We will sail aboard a comfortable motorboat specially adapted for teaching purposes, which, thanks to its shallow draft, allows us to navigate in complete safety through the most emblematic corners of the Delta. You will be able to explore the Columbretas Islands, the Banya del Trabucador, the Bahía dels Alfacs and the picturesque fishing village of Les Cases d'Alcanar, known for its excellent cuisine.

We are waiting for you!
