It is totally forbidden to wear shoes with black soles to practices. They are made with nautical shoes or sports shoes with white soles.

Winter: warm clothing, change of clothing, waterproof clothing

    I did the practices on a sailboat, with Jose Guillermo as an instructor, a great professional. Performing different maneuvers at the helm several times: bow and stern docking, docking, how to sail in some rough seas, tacking, etc. Totally recommended.
