The title of Recreational Boat Skipper (PER) will enable you to govern recreational boats up to 15m in length and at a distance of up to 12 miles from the coast. Remember that to obtain this qualification you have to pass the official theoretical exam and complete a 16-hour Navigation practice and a 12-hour Radio course (not included in the price).
