Short Range Radio Operator Course in Horche, Guadalajara, mandatory practice for Skippers and Captains.

Completion of this ROCA course is one of the requirements stipulated to obtain the PER (Pleasure Craft Skipper) qualification.

Communication protocols with Coastal and Maritime Rescue:

Routine (Coastal, Ports, Ship-Ship, Etc...).
Security (Securite, Securite, Securite).
