Incluye: Trámite titulación para los que hayan realizado el examen teórico en el País Vasco.
No inlcuye: Tasas del título. Para poder habilitar tu título PER a vela, hay que realizar también un pago por las tasas del título (diferentes dependiendo de la comunidad autónoma a la que se haya presentado para el examen teórico).
