We offer you a week of sailing, crossing the Canary Islands. We will travel from the Island of Tenerife, to the islands of Gran Canaria, Fuerteventura and Lanzarote.

During this week, we assure you practical training in sailing, in which you will be able to learn and perfect your sailing skills, acquiring new knowledge and sharing the experience with other sailors.

In addition to sailing and learning, we will enjoy this wonderful environment that the Canary Islands offer us.

Going from the westernmost islands, mountainous, with high altitude and lush forests and diversity of landscapes, to the easternmost islands, with desert landscapes, expanses of dunes, and white sand beaches.

We will look for places to anchor and/or ports to spend the night, sailing and getting to know unique places on these Atlantic islands.

  • Plan
Boarding will be on Saturday on the island of Tenerife starting at 5:00 p.m.

We will spend the first night in port and plan the route for the following days studying the weather together.

The following days we will make crossings of between 30 and 60 miles, crossing the coast of Tenerife, Gran Canaria, Fuerteventura and Lanzarote, looking for the best shelters to spend the night.

Disembarkation will be the following Saturday morning until 12:00 in Lanzarote.

The Canary Islands offer us an ideal environment to face new situations. Navigation conditions can sometimes be demanding and we have to know how to adapt to the changing conditions of the environment such as the areas of wind acceleration that we find on the islands.

    What will you learn?
*Route planning according to the weather.
    *Maneuvers.
    *Sail trimming.
    *Safety and life on board.

Other information
*LUGGAGE: Rigid suitcases or suitcases with wheels are not allowed. It is important that the luggage is as light as possible. Space is limited and must be shared with the other crew members, so we ask that you simplify and respect everyone's space. We recommend a backpack of 30 - 40 liters maximum, and that can be stored correctly in closets and storage rooms.

*Food expenses are not included. It is €15 per person per day and is paid on board.

*Tasks on board are collaborative. You cook as a team, you stand guard if necessary, and you can participate in navigation tasks.

*Mooring and port costs are not included. In the event that it is decided to enter a port, the cost will be borne by the travelers. The marinas cost between 15 and 30 euros per night.

*The itinerary may be modified due to weather conditions. An alternative itinerary agreed with all travelers will be decided.

*Published prices are per person in a double cabin. If you want to stay in another modality, such as a private cabin, you can contact us and we will inform you of the options.

*If you want, you can stay on the sailboat on Friday night and the last night, Saturday, for an extra cost of €45 per night.

*You will learn, a lot! But it is not certified training. You will sail with a professional crew, who live at sea and have extensive experience in sailing and long voyages.

Boat details

More than a sailboat, this boat is a home for us and our guests. It is cozy and with comfortable spaces.
The sailboat is 13.30 meters long. It has 4 cabins. Two of them with a double bed, one with a double bed and an additional bed, and one with 2 bunk beds.
It has a spacious living room inside, a well-equipped kitchen, and 2 bathrooms with a hot shower.

Its outdoor spaces are perfect to enjoy long days at sea. Relax in the bow hanging from a hammock, or sit in the bathtub looking for a bit of shade at lunchtime.
It is a perfect boat to sail in different conditions, learn and have fun.

It has been a unique experience, we have learned about navigation and visited incredible places that you can only access by boat. An alternative and active vacation to get to know other places and cultures, avoiding tourist sites. The boat was spotless and very comfortable to live in. Aroa and Carlos are very nice, I will repeat
