Sailing workshop in Getxo on board a boat.

The goal of these 3 outings is for you to gain real confidence and solid experience on board. Each day is designed so that you can put into practice, under different sea and wind conditions, the essential maneuvers to steer a boat safely and autonomously.

What will we do in each session?

- Maneuvers in port: We will practice mooring and undocking, as well as maneuvers in small spaces, so that you feel safe from the first minute.

- Trimming and heading: You will learn to adjust the sails correctly according to the wind and course, improving your control and efficiency.

- Safety in navigation: We will train maneuvers such as curling, hanging on the sails, quartering the sails or anchoring the sail, with special emphasis on acting quickly and judiciously.

- Planning and decision-making: We will share knowledge about meteorology, voyage planning, stowage, and we will review together the essential safety elements before setting sail.

- Shared experience: At the end of each outing, we will share tricks, anecdotes and good times, because you also learn by listening and sharing experiences with other sailors.
