Sailing through Europe's canals and rivers

Journey from Holland to the French Mediterranean, through the canals and navigable rivers that cross all of Europe.

The navigation will be carried out on a 10-meter sailboat, with the mast cleared and stowed on deck.

We will cross, from North to South, all of Holland, Belgium and France, until we reach the Mediterranean Sea.

In Holland, we will defly, and we will stow the mast on deck, and when we reach the Mediterranean in the South of France, we will fly it and leave the sailboat ready for more adventures.

Plan

It doesn't matter if you don't have experience, it's important to want to learn and help with navigation (rudder, surveillance, moorings, etc.).

Daily daytime sailings of approximately 8 hours, with an overnight stay in recreational marinas or beautiful places.

Total duration of the trip: approximately 25 days.

You will participate in all activities: planning, modification, roof surveillance, rudder, fuel calculation, choice of places to spend the night...

The route is already designed. On board we'll use electronics and books, and you'll have to want to study routes, places of interest, places to spend the night, etc.

Other information

All crew members are welcome, even if they do not know the language spoken on board (english and spanish)

The price includes the entire trip. It is a symbolic price since you will help as a crew member, which is a great value for me. On this journey we will do many hours of manual steering, surveillance, moorings, entrances to locks, etc. Therefore, we will be a 100% team to carry out the journey.
