The Egadi Islands are a Marine Protected Area in Sicily and the largest in Europe, with over 53,000 hectares of protected sea. The archipelago includes Favignana, Levanzo, Marettimo, and the islets of Formica and Maraone, with unique and rich marine ecosystems.

Established in 1991, the reserve is divided into zones with different rules on navigation, swimming, fishing, and diving, to protect the natural environment.

From Marsala, Favignana and Levanzo can be reached in about an hour by boat, making them ideal for a day trip. Marettimo, wilder and more remote, is perfect for itineraries lasting at least three days.

  • Plan
A sailing holiday is the ideal way to fully experience the sea, combining relaxation, nature, and freedom. It's perfect for those seeking tranquility away from the crowds, as well as for groups of friends or families looking to share moments together, from evenings spent at anchor, chatting under the stars, or stopping ashore to explore local life.

Weekly cruises typically begin on Saturday afternoon with boarding, settling in, organizing the galley, and meeting the crew. The itinerary is planned with the skipper, based on the guests' preferences, weather conditions, and wind.

A perfect example is a week-long sailing itinerary to the Egadi Islands, including Favignana, Levanzo, and Marettimo, discovering crystal-clear bays, natural caves, and some of the most beautiful turquoise waters in the Mediterranean.

During the week, we share spaces and moments of life on board, including maneuvers, stops in spectacular bays, dinners at anchor, or possible overnight stays in port already organized in advance.

Boat details

This beautiful sailing catamaran is moored in the port of Marsala, an ideal base for exploring the wonders of Sicily. Named "Giulia," this Lagoon 380 combines excellent sailing performance with extraordinary comfort, confirming its position as the most successful model in its segment and the most beloved by yachtsmen. On board, it offers four spacious cabins and two fully equipped bathrooms, plus a separate skipper's cabin and bathroom with a private entrance, a perfect solution for ensuring maximum privacy and total relaxation during your holiday. The central salon, with its iconic portholes, offers a 360-degree panoramic view that blurs the lines between interior and exterior, flooding the spaces with splendid natural light that makes your stay on board incredibly pleasant.

Its geographical location represents a privileged landing point along the main Mediterranean tourist routes, just a few nautical miles from the splendid Aegadian Islands and the wild island of Pantelleria. Thanks to a favorable climate and year-round breezes, the Marina di Marsala is the perfect strategic base not only for sailing but also for exploring the surrounding hinterland. From here, you can plan flexible and tailor-made excursions, ranging from half-day or weekend trips to full-blown week-long cruises. Choosing this catamaran means immersing yourself in the richness of Sicily, combining seafaring life with unique food and wine, cultural, and nature itineraries, including visits to Erice, Selinunte, Segesta, and Palermo, while allowing yourself to be lulled by the beauty and warm hospitality that only this land can offer.
