Dirigido a:
Los Capitanes y Oficiales de Puente y de Máquinas de: buques tanque, así como a los tripulantes que tengan asignados deberes específicos y responsabilidades relacionadas con la carga o el equipo de carga en buques tanque; buques mercantes de arqueo bruto superior a 75 GT y buques pesqueros mayores de 50 metros de eslora.
