El curso Puente de Operador de Radio Restringido a Operador General del Sistema Mundial de Socorro está dirigido a toda persona que desempeñe o tenga a su cargo cometidos relacionados con el servicio radioeléctrico avanzado a bordo de un buque que deba participar en el SMSSM. Esta persona poseerá el título correspondiente del SMSSM, expedido o reconocido por la Administración según lo dispuesto en el Reglamento de Radiocomunicaciones.
Este curso se realiza de manera presencial en Barcelona.
Está basado en el convenio internacional sobre normas de formación, titulación y guardia para la gente de mar (convenio STCW) el convenio de formación y código de formación en su parte A y B.
