El curso reducido de actualización de Botes de Rescate Rápidos refrescará conocimientos para gobernar y hacerse cargo de un bote de rescate rápido en condiciones adversas de oleaje y climatológicas y, alcanzará los diversos tipos de búsqueda y rescate que se pueden emplear.

Para poder realizar este curso reducido de actualización, es necesaria una foto de tu libreta marítima donde puedas justificar que tienes navegados 3 meses durante los últimos 5 años en un buque mercante o pesquero de más de 24 metros de eslora. Ante Capitanía, deberás presentar el anexo II y IV.

Renovarás el certificado de Especialidad Marítima homologado por la Dirección General de la Marina Mercante (DGMM) y refrendado por la Organización Marítima Internacional (OMI).

El curso va dirigido a los Capitanes y Oficiales de Puente, Jefes y Oficiales de Máquinas, Marineros de Puente, Marineros de Máquinas u otros tripulantes, siempre que tengan asignadas funciones de manejo de los botes de rescate rápido o que estén encargados de manejar sus medios de puesta a flote.

    EL CURSO INCLUYE:
    - Material didáctico.
    - Botes de rescate rápidos.

    TEMARIO:
    - Construcción, reparación y mantenimiento del bote.
    - Métodos de búsqueda y rescate.
    - Métodos de puesta a flote.
    - Conocimientos de los equipos de salvamento y del motor.
    - Adrizamiento de un bote de rescate.

    El programa se ajusta a la normativa oficial de la Resolución de 21 de septiembre de 2016, cumpliendo con el Código de Formación del Convenio STCW-78. Su contenido figura en la Regla VI / 2 del Convenio STCW-78 enmendado, Sección A-VI / 2, Cuadro A-VI / 2-2 del Código de Formación.

    The teachers are good, especially the nurse. The practices were good, although the material was destroyed and many things were too broken to use.
    In the classroom, we only received the manual in PDF, we asked for paper but they were not given. In the middle of summer the air conditioning did not work well, and there was a lack of air in the classroom.
