I am a retired officer in the Argentine Navy, I have been sailing but many years ago, I sailed in the frigate Libertad for 7 months in 1999 and short sailboats, I am a private pilot, I can read nautical charts, use radio, serve guards, cook, etc. I drive motor boats but to return to sailing I need a couple of days of experience.
