Weekend sailing from Burriana.

Onboard philosophy: A 100% collaborative experience. We understand this outing as an experience of co-navigation and teamwork. We are not a commercial charter, but a group of sailors sharing passion and expenses.

No need for experience: You don't need to have navigated before or have previous knowledge. The important thing is the desire to learn, participate and enjoy the sea.

Active participation: We will all collaborate in sailing maneuvers, in anchoring maneuvers and in the organization of navigation guards.

Life on board: The common tasks (cooking, scrubbing and keeping the cover collected) are done together to make the stay easy and pleasant.

The purchase of groceries: Before setting loose, the entire crew will be left to make the joint purchase of food and drink according to the group's tastes.

⛵ The sailboat: Maximum comfort on board.

Forget about openings. The boat (a sailboat of more than 12 meters in length) is super equipped to enjoy in total comfort:

- 220V continuous power: We have solar panels to charge mobile phones and cameras without depending on the port.

- Separate fridge and freezer: To keep food perfect and drinks cold after bathing.

↓ ♂️ - Paddle surf and Dinghy: We bring a paddle board to explore the coves and an auxiliary boat with a motor to go ashore comfortably.

- Space and rest: Large double cabins, full bathroom and an ideal deck for sunbathing or sleeping under the stars.

Plan

What awaits us on this journey? Depending on how the wind blows, we will head to one of these two magical Mediterranean destinations:

Destination A: The Columbretes Islands (A protected volcanic paradise).

We will sail to a wild archipelago of volcanic origin and Marine Reserve, famous for its crystal clear waters (the snorkel here is from another planet!). If the weather is good, we will take a guided tour of Isla Grossa with the guards of the Natural Park to learn about its history of lighthouse keepers, pirates and its unique fauna.

Destination B: Peñíscola (The jewel of the sea and history).

We will head north to anchor under the imposing silhouette of Papa Luna Castle, a Templar fortress that emerges from the sea. We will go ashore to walk through its cobblestone streets, enjoy its local cuisine and watch the sunset from its walls.

Other information

All crew members are welcome, even if they do not know the language spoken on board (english and spanish)

Free parking at the foot of the pier.

Cost and logistics collaboration:

- The fee: This is a collaborative contribution for the maintenance and use of the boat.

- Diesel and moorings: The price does not include fuel consumption (predictably very little, since we are going sailing) or possible moorings in port (they are not planned, since the idea is to anchor in coves except for a climate emergency). They will be paid in equal parts if any.

- Free parking: You have free parking right at the foot of the pier in the departure marina to leave your car with total peace of mind.

What do you need to bring on board? All you need is your swimsuit, a lot of desire to enjoy yourself and two essentials for life on board:

- Bedding: It is essential and mandatory to bring at least a fitted sheet and pillow cover. Bringing a sleeping bag is optional to keep you warm, but in no case does it replace the obligation to bring the fitted sheet and the mattress cover.

- Footwear: Sneakers, water shoes or booties, always with a white non-slip sole so as not to mark the cover and to move safely.
