We present a seminar designed for sailors who are planning a voyage and want to know all the aspects necessary to make their experience at sea safe, organized and satisfying.

Sailing isn't just setting sail: it requires rigorous preparation, technical knowledge and the ability to anticipate the unexpected. The seminar “Keys to a safe and smooth sailing trip” is a unique opportunity to acquire practical tools that will allow you to enjoy sailing with confidence and peace of mind.

We will address fundamental issues such as the choice and review of equipment, detailed route planning, food and fuel management, safety and emergency protocols, and on-board communications.

In addition, the seminar includes an interactive space where you can ask questions and share experiences with speakers and other navigators.

Plan

Journey planning: from the initial idea to the final plan.

Boat set-up: maintenance, revisions and essential equipment.

Safety at sea: protocols, mandatory equipment and practical recommendations.

Communications: radio, location devices and how to ask for help.

Emergency management: what to do in the event of a breakdown, bad weather or accident.

Tips for life on board: groceries, on-call shifts, conviviality.
