Boarding starting at 4:00 pm on Sunday at the Marina di Porto Massimo, an enchanting little port nestled in the Sardinian rock on the island of La Maddalena.
Settling into the cabins and preparing the galley.
On Monday we will set sail right after shopping. Depending on the weather, we will choose the first anchorage where we can have a nice swim and enjoy the first real day on a sailing boat.
The days will pass quickly in a relaxed atmosphere and immersed in nature, with baths in the wonderful Sardinian sea and sailing between the islands of Corsica and Sardinia.
We will touch the most beautiful beaches of the Archipelago, starting from Santa Maria, the only permanently inhabited one with its long white beach, the walks in search of the ruins of the Benedictine monastery or towards the Punta Filetto lighthouse.
We will then continue towards Spargi, with its 20th century fortifications, its white sandy beaches, the turquoise reflections of Cala Corsara, the crystalline brightness of Cala Soraya, Cala Conneri (also called Cala dell'Amore) and Cala Granara.
We will go to the Natural Pools of Budelli, where we can walk along the path that leads to the Pink Beach or take a dip in front of the Cavaliere Beach.
We will cross the Strait of Bonifacio to immerse ourselves in the natural aquarium of Lavezzi and Cavallo and then return to Caprera, the second largest island of the Archipelago where we will find Cala Garibaldi, Cala Napoletana, Cala Portese and Cala Coticcio, the Tahiti of Sardinia.
All places that offer fairy-tale scenery, framed by large light rocks covered by the intense green of the Mediterranean scrub, or by more jagged rocks hit by the wind that contrast with the brilliant and iridescent shades of the sea, emerald green, blue and turquoise.
On Friday evening, depending on the agreements with the crew members, you will return to port or you can spend the last night at anchor.
On Saturdays, disembarkation is always at Porto Massimo (unless there are adverse weather conditions) by 4:00 pm.
