From the start in Valencia there will be a dead reckoning. So practice for the Stella and be more prepared by creating work groups on board, each one with tasks to perform and rotating so we will all practice.

We will sail on a sailboat with capacity for 8 seats, 3 cabins and a dining room.

We will also create groups of rotating guards.
We will practice MOB sailing and motor trying to recreate difficult situations as much as possible.

A communication group will be created for each voyage so that all the crew members will be in contact to organize the quartermaster on board.
