Friday, October 10
Training and Practice: The day begins with training and practice sessions on board, allowing each crew member to learn the basics of sailing maneuvers and familiarize themselves with the boat. The focus is on crew cohesion and tactical preparation for the regatta.

Packed lunch on board: A simple but energetic meal is provided on board to keep all the energy needed for the rest of the day.

Aperitif on board: At the end of the day, a friendly moment is organized to share experiences and exchanges between crew members, in a relaxed atmosphere to strengthen group cohesion.

Saturday, October 11
Training and Practice: The second day follows the same rhythm with additional improvement sessions. The crew refines its techniques, learns to anticipate race conditions, and optimizes its fitness.

Packed lunch on board: A meal on board is again planned to allow everyone to recover between sessions.

Crew Dinner: In the evening, a dinner brings the crew together to strengthen bonds, share goals and mentally prepare for the next day's regatta.

Sunday, October 12
Barcolana Regatta: It's the big day! The crew puts all their training hours to good use to participate in one of the largest regattas in the world. The race takes place in the magnificent natural setting of the Gulf of Trieste, promising an intense sporting and human experience.

Packed lunch on board: A meal is provided on board to support the crew during or after the race, promoting recovery and conviviality.

This well-paced program combines learning, physical preparation, moments of conviviality and the magic of competition, for a complete immersion in the life of a crew involved in the Barcolana.

All crew members are welcome, even if they do not know the language spoken on board (english, french, italian and spanish)

Not included: accommodation costs on board (please check if available) and transport on land.
