Celebrate this New Year's Eve in Ibiza and Formentera …

Let's celebrate New Year's Eve and New Year's Eve as is tradition on our school sailboat, in a very special way, sailing from Denia to the Balearic Islands enjoying the warm temperatures of the Mediterranean winter.

Celebrate New Year's Eve in Ibiza, enjoying local cuisine and a super dinner on board on the 31st. And after the grapes... New Year's Eve in Ibiza! With live music and the best Ibiza atmosphere.

And this year, after the New Year's Eve party, we'll have until Sunday the 4th to enjoy sailing around the islands, so if the winds are with us we can make a stopover on the island of Cabrera or Palma like last year.

Forget about noise and stress for a few days and enjoy these special days in the good company of seafarers, sailing and the islands and their splendid coves.

And recharge your batteries for next year, which is sure to be an exciting year and a challenge!

Plan

After getting on the boat and having dinner in Dénia, we will set sail on the 30th at night, to arrive in Ibiza in the morning after a night trip.

We will go to the port in Ibiza where we can walk around the Dalt Vila and tour its UNESCO heritage walls, and in the afternoon, we will prepare to say goodbye to the year, preparing a rich, delicious dinner on the boat. We will eat the grapes celebrating New Year's Eve in the square with the people of Ibiza, and then we will celebrate the New Year in a live music venue with the best atmosphere.

On New Year's Day we can have brunch at the Capuccino with great views of the city of Ibiza, and we will enjoy relaxing sailing through the waters of Formentera, where we will have all the coves and the entire island to ourselves. Or if the wind is with us, we can sail for the next few days to the island of Cabrera or Palma de Mallorca.

We will sail back to Dénia to arrive at noon on Sunday.

Other information

All crew members are welcome, even if they do not know the language spoken on board (english, french and spanish)

There are fitted sheets and pillowcases, but bring a sleeping bag.

We will make a common fund for moorings, fuel, final cleaning and supplies, including the New Year's Eve dinner on board (about thirty euros/day approximately).
