  • Plan
We are going to make the most beautiful voyage I have ever made through the Mare Nostrum.

    Saturday:
We will leave the Port of Castellón and head towards La Granadella beach in Jávea. Here we will swim, have dinner and start the karaoke.

    Sunday:
We will set sail for the mysterious Tabarca Island, where we will anchor in front of the small port. We will go down with the dinghy and visit the island. At nightfall, we will have dinner on board and go to sleep.

    Monday:
We will wake up early, see the huge floating fish farms of Murcia, facing the Mar Menor, we will pass by its islands and we will turn the spectacular Cabo de Palos and head towards Cartagena. If there is time we will go down to the city.

    Tuesday:
Soon we will leave Cartagena and head to the haunted Playa de los Genoveses in Almería. We will swim and take out karaoke under the stars again.

    Wednesday:
We will head south and see the Martian scenery of Cabo de Gata. We will have dinner with the best fried food in the Mediterranean at La Mamola (Granada coast).

    Thursday:
We will go in the morning and go to see the magical marina of Benalmadena. Here you will see a Mini Venice and a charming night show.

    Friday:
We will stay in Benalmádena to clean and replenish the boat.

    Saturday and Sunday:
We will leave Benalmadena and drop anchor at Marina Alcaidesa (Línea de la Concepción). We will get off the boat, cross the border and the airport runway on foot, which is very close by, and visit the majestic Rock of Gibraltar, where we will spend the day, visit its attractive San Miguel cave, its friendly monkeys on top of the mountain, the military tunnels and its magnificent city.

    Monday:
We will go to Puerto de Santamaría and here we will go down to the port if we have time and then we will sleep.

    Tuesday:
We will head towards Sanlúcar de Barrameda. Here we will have time to go down to the port and visit it all day.

    Wednesday and Thursday:
We will leave Sanlúcar early and take the boat up the Guadalquivir River (Ouad-Al-Kabir: Río-El-Grande), you will see the cars passing over the mast of the boat and we will sail until we reach the Seville Yacht Club. Here we will spend 2 days enjoying this unique city in the world.

    Friday:
    Check-out at 8:00 a.m.

    GRADES:
    - The port of embarkation is Valencia and disembarkation in Seville.

With Jaime we have learned a lot about sailing. Skipper very concerned about safety on board. Special mention of the food: exquisite. About Columbretes: spectacular location, although you can only go down to the island for the 1-hour guided tour. The night in the busy bay, the boat moved a lot.

I am very happy to have had the opportunity to meet Jaime and to receive his sailing lessons. His way of teaching is based on us understanding the reason for things and it is really very valuable. The principles that Jaime applies to every decision the captain makes on board are already with me. Highly recommended

It has been an incredible and unforgettable experience. A lot of dedication to the preparation of an exquisite and very original meal, Jaime's patience when it comes to teaching us about sailing and his way of telling it is on another level. We had to share it with an excellent group of people and the Columbretes are beautiful.
