From Palma de Mallorca to Cagliari Sardinia

A big stretch from Mallorca to Sardinia. We need a good weather window here.
However, since this is a transfer trip, the focus is on weather navigation and reaching the stage destinations.
If it works out, we can chill for a few days on the south coast of Sardinia before the trip ends in Cagliari.

Plan

For every nautical mile you will learn about the special conditions of a long voyage and how to safely handle a yacht equipped for long voyages.

This includes:

• Comprehensive safety instructions
• Evaluating weather reports and weather routing
• Correct reefing in bad weather
• Working with chart plotter, AIS, radar, Navtex
• Safe anchoring
There will also be opportunities for shore excursions and swimming stops.

We sail the stages with a maximum of 6 people including skipper in 4 double cabins.
